Ingredients: 1 tbsp. olive oil Salt and pepper, to season 150g beef steak ½ brown onion, sliced 1 cup shredded cabbage 1/3 medium carrot, grated 1 spring onion, thinly sliced ½ celery stalk, thinly sliced 2 tbsp. mayonnaise ½ tsp. lemon juice ½ tsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. tomato relish 2 crusty sandwich rolls
Method: 1. Preheat oven to 180˚C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Slice potato into wedges and place in a small silver bowl. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil and desired seasonings and toss to coat. 3. Lay wedges out on prepared baking tray in a single layer and bake in oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. 4. Meanwhile prepare coleslaw; thinly slice cabbage, spring onion and celery and place in a bowl with grated carrot. 5. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard in a small bowl. Taste, then adjust and season with salt and pepper as desired. Add to bowl of cabbage mixture and gently toss to evenly coat. 6. Heat oil in a frypan over medium-high heat and cook steak for a minute each side. 7. Remove from pan, allow to cool slightly and slice into strips. 8. Place the pan used to cook the steak over a medium-high heat, and add the sliced onion. Sauté until softened and caramelized.
Assemble sandwiches with tomato relish, slaw, caramelised onion and steak. Insert a toothpick through the centre to hold it together. Serve

How did you delegate the tasks during the cook with your partner? while my partner chopped the carrot, cabbage, celery and spring onion and prepared the mix i cooked the steak and the wedges. and then after that me and my partner prepared the final dish.
What aspects of this cook did you find difficult and how did you overcome these? it was difficult to know when the steak was thoroughly cooked threw to the middle.
