Reflection Q1. this dish followed 2/5 sectors for the AGHE because it was a dessert dish and that is Ok because you can have it in small amounts and ocassionally. Q2. For all dishes up to this point we have multi-tasked and made sure to do dishes whilst cooking so we could save time and go out early for snack, but we were in a group of three so most of the jobs were taken up so some of us did weebly while we were cooking so we had no work. Q3. There was nothing hard abou this cook, everything that had a skill we had done in previous weeks so nothing was too hard. Q4. i enjoyed like always mixing the mixture together to form something that is actually edible and makes it taste good. The elctric beaters are always very fun because you feel like an actual chef that is making food for guests at the restaurant. Q5. I didn't learn anything this week because we have already all these skills before and we were also not even meant to have a lesson today. Q6. Cookies appear to have their origins in 7th century AD Persia, shortly after the use of sugar became relatively common in the region. They spread to Europe through the Muslim conquest of Spain. By the 14th century, they were common in all levels of society throughout Europe, from royal cuisine to street vendors. Q7. i give this dish a 5/5 because it was fun to make and it was also very delicious because you can't really mess up cookies because it is such an easy recipe.
